We’ve developed a series of short training courses especially designed to support businesses within the care and retirement living sector. Each course provides a confidential place for delegates to learn, ask questions, share experiences and meet with peers.

Half-day workshops

The half-day workshops provide an introduction and overview on the subject topic and how it could be applied to your business setting. The workshops are held either in the morning or afternoon for a maximum of 4 hours.

Intensive Masterclass training

The full day Masterclass training is a more intensive training session. The course provides a more detailed insight into the subject and how it could be applied to your unique business situation. Course notes and handouts are provided for further reading and study.

Whether you sign-up to the half-day or full-day course, each is interactive to help delegates gain the skills they need to market their business.

Delegates who have attended our specialist training programme say they felt inspired and motivated to turn the ideas gained on the course into workable action plans in their organisation.

“Thoroughly enjoyed the group discussions, sharing experiences and finding solutions. I would like to roll this out to my entire service.”
